Confidential Information is considered the data obtained by electronic registration or information file that is given by students, teachers or interested people who supply their personal information. Direct Info: Is the necessary information, given directly by the person interested, so that he/she may receive information on AmidLearning or if he/she may enroll in any course as a teacher or student. For protection of rights, certain types of information, for example information about credit cards, are encrypted with security software so that no one can access without authorization. These types of information are collected and stored in a safe server that is accessible by authorized personnel only.
Indirect Information: Besides all information you wish to submit, our system is programmed to request certain personal information, which will help us have a better understanding of how our website is being used and how to improve our communication to better serve you. This data that is automatically collected includes IP address (Internet Protocol) of your computer, statistics of how visitors navigate through our website and information collected through the use of “cookies”. “Cookies” are small files that we send and store in your computer so that next time you visit our website, we will recognize you in our system. Our “cookies” are used for two reasons:

Changes of content
AmidLearning reserves the right to change any content on our program or on our privacy policy. In order to do theses changes, AmidLearning reserves the right to not consult partners or users of this site. Changes, such as new program versions are available to users and partners according to the same terms as before, in case there is no communication from AmidLearning saying the opposite.

To start enrollment you must choose a password and a user’s name. You are completely responsible for maintaining your password and account safe. Besides that, you are completely responsible for all activities that happened related to your account. You agree to notify AmidLearning immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, or any lack of security related to the site or platform. AmidLearning and its maintenance entity, Amid Learning Christian Mission, are not responsible for any loss that might occur as a result of someone using your password, with or without your consent. However, you may be considered responsible for loss that AmidLearning or any of its partners might have, because of other people using your account with your password. You, in any circumstance, can not use someone else’s account without their consent.

AmidLearning reserves the right to change the conditions to use the platform or any service related to it. This includes, but is not limited to, the costs associated to the use of services. AmidLearning Platform is not for commercial use unless it is clearly specified. The costs of courses and training offered with no charge by AmidLearning Christian Mission are of exclusive responsibility of the people who make them. These courses are also of exclusive property of the people who make them. You can not modify, change, distribute, transfer, exhibit, execute, reproduce, publish, and create any work from the courses. You may not transfer or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the platform without a written permission by AmidLearning and or its partners. You may not use email, chat room or any other means of communication from the AmidLearning platform to send or cause being sent automated issues of any kind to other websites. You also can not include any software that is able to receive any kind of information to the AmidLearning platform.
Courses and training offered by AmidLearning and its partners may have costs and can be passed to its users. However, every time this may happen, information about prices and duration will be clearly described on the forms or on the agreement terms for each case. AmidLearning and its partners are sovereign at establishing fees, prices and any other kind of costs for products and goods offered through the website and platform. They are also fully sovereign to discontinue any service or exclude any user due to lack of payment or any other financial issue.
