What is a provider?
The "providers" are the institutions or people that offer courses throught the internet using the AmidLearning® platform. They are "users" of the AmidLearning® services that have signed a "service contract" to use the platform. The courses are the sole resposibility of the providers and the students that take courses through any of these providers declare that are aware of AmidLearning®'s obligations with the providers, as described in the documents "Privacy Policy", "Terms of Use", and "Disclaimer", whose links are in the footer of this page.

How to become a provider?
To become a "provider", both institutions and individuals have to fill out the online registration form, the contract of use of the AmidLearning® platform and declare the acceptance of the norms described in the documents "Privacy Policy", "Terms of Use", and "Disclaimer", whose links are in the footer of this page. Through this process both institutions and individuals become "users" of the AmidLearning® services, establishing a commitment in the form of the "service contract" to use the platform. The courses are the sole responsibility of the providers, being that AmidLearning® does not assume any responsibility with the registered students in any course being offered. The students that take courses through any of these providers declare that are aware of the relationship between the AmidLearning® platform and the providers and take on the responsibility of reading the documents "Privacy Policy", "Terms of Use", and "Disclaimer".
